Shipping costs and conditions

All prices shown in the shop are excl. VAT and shipping costs.

We invoice VAT-free to EU corporate customers with a valid VAT ID! If no VAT ID or an invalid VAT ID is given with the order,
we invoice the VAT rate valid in the respective country for all EU countries (EU-OSS regulation for online trade).
Austria always 20%, to Switzerland (invoice and delivery address!) tax-free.
For orders with a total net value less than EUR 200.- we charge a flat fee for shipping an packaging shown in the table below. For orders with a total value over EUR 200.-,
or over EUR 2.000.- we charge a fee relative to the order value - as shown at the table below.
Shipping of orders to AT, DE, BE, NL, LUX, CZ, HU, SK, SLO, IT and France with a total net value more than EUR 200.- (without VAT) is free!
We offer our products in three different packaging units: piece, box and pallet.
The packaging unit has no influence to the shipping cost. We reserve the right to pack boxes on pallets. The packaging unit "pallet" sometimes can be packed in a box.
